Time to ‘forget-me-not’ returns

Alice House Hospice Fundraisers are working in partnership with Victoria House Funeral Service to launch the third annual Forget-Me-Not campaign.

Forget-Me-Not is an ‘in memory’ appeal in which supporters of the Hospice are invited to make a donation in tribute to a loved one for a personalised Forget-Me-Not plaque which will be displayed in the Hospice gardens and can be collected at a special Event at the Hospice on 17 June 2017.

Fundraising Senior Manager Julie Hildreth said,
“We are delighted to be announcing the return of this event; in the short time that we have been running it, it has proven to be not only an effective fundraiser for Hospice services, but a lovely way for people to make a dedication to lost loved ones.

“I’d also like to say a big thank you to our regular partners Victoria House for returning to sponsor this event again. You should start to see leaflets promoting the appeal appearing in parks and churches around the area. We are hoping to raise £5,000 from the campaign this year, all of which will be used to fund patient care.”

The campaign will be launched in May with letters inviting donors to get involved, but you can also sign up and find out more by visiting the Forget-Me-Not page here.
