Lee Dodgson - Hospice Supporter
#LEJOGAH runner Lee Dodgson who completed his challenge to run from Land’s End to John O’Groats earlier this year was recently recognised at the Best of Hartlepool Awards, were he took home the awards for Sporting Excellence and Fundraiser of the Year.
In 2015 Lee raised £20,000 for Alice House Hospice by running 7 Marathons in 7 Days and has taken part in a number of other fundraising activities over the years.
He embarked on this incredible ~LEJOGAH journey in May 2017 and raised a phenomenal £43,000 for Hospice patient care.
We would like to thank Lee once more and congratulate him on these much deserved awards.
Lee’s achievements have also been recognised by naming the walkway in the new Alice House Gardens after him and there is a plaque on display for all visitors to see.
