Fourth year for Forget Me Not
Alice House is inviting people to celebrate the lives of much missed, special people in its Forget-Me-Not Appeal. Now in its fourth year, this campaign is a way for people to pay tribute to loved ones, whilst helping to provide care services to people and families affected by incurable illnesses
In return for a donation of your choice, a personalised Forget Me Not plaque will be displayed at the Hospice displaying the name of the person to whom you are paying tribute.
“It was a lovely event and we definitely becoming this year. It is always nice to give something back to the Hospice for the excellent care my father received and also the support to the family. For the last three years I have organised a coffee morning in my home to raise funds for the Hospice.”

Donors will be invited to the Forget Me Not event at the Hospice on 16 June to collect their personalised plaque.
Lynne Smith and her mother Margaret Stabler came to the event for the first time in 2017 to remember husband and father Billy Stabler who was cared for in the Hospice.
Lynne said “It was a lovely event and we definitely becoming this year. It is always nice to give something back to the Hospice for the excellent care my father received and also the support to the family. For the last three years I have organised a coffee morning in my home to raise funds for the Hospice.”
Janice Forbes, Community Fundraiser said “Lynne’s coffee mornings have raised an amazing £8,462 and we would like to thank her and her family and friends for such kind support. This is a great tribute in memory of Billy.”
