It wouldn’t be possible without you…
“Now that 2018 has drawn to a close I would like to thank you for supporting Alice House Hospice. Every penny donated, every Facebook post liked or shared and every minute of time volunteered has meant that those who need it can access hospice care, on their behalf, Thank You."

The Hospice’s supporters come in many guises and they may make financial donations, host events on behalf of Alice House or volunteer in one of the many areas of the Hospice; everything counts.
“Last year Alice House supporters helped to ensure that we were able to provide: 28 admissions into Respite Care, 25 Referrals to Long Term Care, 699 attendances at Day Hospice and 1,460 attendances at Day Care, 7,321 Homecare visits, 502 Complementary Therapy sessions, 167 referrals to Inpatient Care and 109 Hospice Helpline calls answered.”

As 2019 gets underway,
staff at Alice House Hospice would like to take the opportunity to thank each and every supporter for their contribution to the Hospice throughout 2018 and beyond.“In 2019 exhausted Carers can have a break knowing their loved ones are safe and well looked after, people in pain can have their medications reviewed and their symptoms and side effects managed. Those who may be lonely and isolated will be able to laugh and joke and for those who wish to stay in their own home, to be independent and in familiar surroundings, can be. And for those who next year may need end of life care, they’ll be supported with dignity, care and compassion to ensure that they have the good death we all deserve. Your continued support makes all of this possible.”
