Hello, my name is … Alice
An open letter of thanks from our Communications Senior Manager
The response to the Spring edition of Hello, my name is… Alice has been incredible and I really hope you enjoyed reading it. With your help, the magazine raised over £20,000 for local Hospice care through the cash draw and generous donations we received.
Readers showed their support in the thousands, which is truly fantastic. The only downside of this of course, is the fact that it would be almost impossible to thank each kind person individually, which I wish we could do.
I hope that this letter goes some way towards letting you know the value of your support to our patients and their families, as well as how much we appreciate it. Without you, we would not be able to provide the services that improve the lives of so many people in Hartlepool and beyond.
If all goes to plan, we will be resuming our fundraising events later in the summer and are looking forward to seeing our supporters in person once again.
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who shared their stories, it really helps to convey how Alice House touches peoples lives in so many different ways. If you would like to share your story please contact a member of our Communications Team.
If you would like to talk about anything Hospice-related, or let me know what you thought about the magazine, please feel welcome to get in touch on the contact details below.
Wishing you a warm and happy summer.
All the very best
