Your generosity will help to provide care and support to people affected by life-limiting illness or the death of a loved one in Hartlepool, Tees Valley and East Durham.

Our services make a vital difference to the lives of local patients and families throughout these communities.

It costs over £3.6m to fund these services for one year. We receive just over 25% of this in Government funding, leaving a shortfall of £7,266 to be raised every single day.
