In order to keep improving it’s important to understand what we do well alongside what we do badly (there is a separate process for making a complaint).

We love to pass on compliments to our staff across all of Alice House, it’s so good to know that our staff are appreciated. However, we do also understand that there may be times when our users want to let us know what else we could do or how we might do things differently.
