Pay in your Funds
After you've done all the hard work of holding a fundraising event or taking on a challenge for Alice House, you need to send your hard-earned funds to us so we can put them to good use.
If you have a cash donation, don’t send it through the post. Follow these simple steps to transfer your funds to Alice House:

Collect – when your event is finished, it is best to collect the money you have raised as quickly as possible.

Count – ensure that two people are present when you are counting cash.

Pay – pay funds into your bank account, get a receipt and pay the amount to Alice House via your credit or debit card. This can be done online, over the phone or using a JustGiving page.

ON OUR WEBSITE
You can pay in your funds on our website. Visit our donation page, select Quick Donate and enter your donation amount and details.
ENTHUSE
Enthuse is an online fundraising platform that can help you collect money from your friends and family. It is the easiest way to send us your funds and setting up a page is quick and easy. Follow the instructions on the Enthuse website and the money you raise will automatically transfer to Alice House.
Visit the Fundraise for Us page on Enthuse and click donate to pay in any cash you’ve collected and share the link with your friends and family too.

Call our Fundraising Team and pay in your funds on the phone 01429 855555 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm)
CHEQUE
Bank or cash any cheques made payable to you and write a cheque to Hartlepool Hospice Ltd. for the amount collected. Download and complete our Paying In Form and enclose it with your cheque so we can thank you properly for your fantastic fundraising.
