You can dedicate a light on our Light up a Life tree which will be lit in tribute to those in our thoughts at both of our memorial services – details at the bottom of this page and all are welcome to attend.

You will receive a commemorative card displaying the names of those you are remembering and a pin badge to wear in their memory.

The Light up a Life campaign helps to fund Hospice care for patients and families throughout Hartlepool, Tees Valley and East Durham.

Light Up A Life Service Dates

Dedications received on or before Monday 11th December will be included in the Book of Remembrance at the services.
Any dedications received after that date will be added and available to view at the Hospice the following week.
