Our 24-hour support line provides a comprehensive range of support services for any individuals and their families with concerns and issues that may arise.

The service is designed to give you the help you need at the earliest opportunity or to put you in contact with others that can help.

The Helpline is staffed by specialist Nurses and Doctors, based at the Hospice, who are ready to offer support and advice to individuals and their families, at any time during the day or night.

This service is also available for Healthcare Professionals who can access this service during a 24hour period where they will receive specialist support and advice in the management of a patient’s ongoing specialist palliative care needs. The patient can be at home, in hospital or another Hospice.
