Remember Someone Special
Special people cannot be replaced but Alice House Hospice can offer a few ways to help you celebrate the love that you shared.
After bereavement some people find comfort in knowing they can make a difference to others by supporting a charity; this could be a cause that supported your loved one or one which has played a role in your life in some other way.
The garden at Alice House boasts a beautiful walkway and stunning pergoda from which you can view the bricks dedicated to the memory of your loved ones.
New to the Reflection Room at Alice House is a beautiful artwork installation of a tree with copper leaves. Each leaf can be engraved with the name of someone who has been loved and lost as a way of reminding us that, although they are no longer with us, they still matter.
Add a special dedication by sharing your photos, messages and memories and celebrating the life of someone you loved who is no longer with us.
A wonderful volunteer creates these bears for people, using a special item of clothing or fabric that is important to them, in return for a donation to Alice House. The bears can be to help remember a special person or time and could be given as a beautiful gift.
Small but regular donations are the lifeblood of Alice House Hospice. The care given to patients simply wouldn’t be possible without the people who give little, but often.
