Greg Hildreth, a fundraiser at the Hospice, who also manages their social media is asking more people to follow their pages to find out about the organisation’s vital work. “Social media is a fast, free and easy way for us to stay in touch with our supporters and to keep people up to date with what is happening here at the Hospice. We love hearing from people and sharing our latest news, as well as thanking supporters, promoting employment and volunteering opportunities and showing photographs from around our beautiful peaceful gardens.
We recently put out an appeal to hear from followers around the world and received a lovely message from a lady in Spain.
The more people that follow us, the further our message spreads, I hope more people will join us and enjoy reading about the latest goings on.”
