Hartlepool March of the Mods 2021 raised a jaw dropping £10,000 for local charities

Alcohol Free October
Local pub landlord didn't allow a single drop of alcohol to pass his lips throughout October.
Ian Humberson, landlord of the The Nursery Inn Pub, abstained from alcohol throughout the month of October and raised an incredible £2,500 for Alice House Hospice.
Funeral Director takes on epic Ironman challenge for Alice House Hospice
Local Funeral Director Tracey Rimmer (nee Warrior) was cheered across the finishing line by her husband and supporters after completing the Ironman Austria challenge to raise funds for The Alice House Hospice.
Tracey, who works at Mason’s Funeral Directors in Hartlepool and Speckman’s in Wingate, both part of Dignity Funerals, swapped her top hat for running shoes to take on the Ironman challenge in Austria.

It is said that the kitchen is the ‘heart of the home’ and the Catering Team here at Alice House work diligently to ensure the Hospice’s heart keeps beating.
The result may be a Victoria sponge cake or a tasty steak pie, but the main ingredient is always love.
12 years of support from Flannagans
Flannagans Accountants in Hartlepool have been supporting Alice House Hospice for over 12 years and have raised over £7,500 during this time.
The team at Flannagans have been inventive and used lots of different ways to raise funds such as raffles and cake sales and they have taken part in various different sponsored events; in 2012 a Flannagans Team won the Specsavers Multiplier Challenge raising over £2000 from the £50 given.
